Supported Symantec’s education management system (SABA) and its global internal/external user base.

Primary duties encompassed:

  • Routing of questions/requests to the appropriate department and/or team
  • Training new internal users on how to use the SABA platform
  • Monthly website maintenance (SharePoint, SABA & HTML)
  • Creating/updating process documentation
  • Complex inter-departmental troubleshooting of customer issues
  • Vigorous regression QA testing cycles after monthly/quarterly updates
